Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Freshwater Lures
- Freshwater Terminal Tackle
These items are excluded from our returns policy to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Lunker Landing.
